My media player is offline.

If your player is now offline, please follow these steps to bring the device online.

  1. Locate the player.

  2. Perform a manual reboot by unplugging the power adapter for 15 seconds and then reconnect.

  3. Make sure the blue light (power) is ON.

Note: The player should come back online in about 2 minutes after the power cycle.
