Can I provide my own playlist?

We are happy to review your playlist. If the music adds dimension to your brand we will certainly include it (if the tracks are licensed).

Yes, you will be able to sample our playlists before scheduling them.

Can I play music in multiple areas/zones of my business?

Yes, absolutely. We are able to accommodate different zones that require a different sound. Please note that an additional player will be needed in order to connect to each unique zone.

I'm a client and just heard an explicit song or song I don't like. How do I report it?

If you're logged in your Curator account, you can report and /or blacklist the song by clicking on the feedback button, in the "Now Playing" page. And then select your feedback. Note: You may also leave a comment for our styling team.

What about licensing?

You don't have to worry about that. Our library is fully licensed and ready to go with coverage from the major Performing Rights Orgs, including ASCAP, BMI & SESAC.

How often do you update your playlists?

Our playlists are updated on a weekly basis, with full refreshes roughly every three months. Our contemporary playlists such as Top 100 are updated even more frequently. We strive to keep all of our 150+ playlists fresh at all times.

Do you have a mobile app?

Activaire Curator is available on iOS mobile devices. Activaire Curator v.2 is scheduled to be released in Q2-2022.
